Review: Clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector

Hello Everyone,

So today I will be sharing my thoughts about the Clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector.

Product Information:

What it is:
A clinically proven serum that visibly reduces dark spots, age spots, and traces of acne past.

What it is formulated to do:
This lightweight, layerable serum effectively evens skintone. Dermatologists formulated it to be highly effective—yet safe and comfortable. According to clinical trials, this product delivers results comparable to a leading prescription ingredient.

What else you need to know:
Notice results in as little as four weeks. At 12 weeks, see a visible reduction in dark spots, age spots, and traces of acne damage. Appropriate for all skin types and ethnicities, even sensitive skins that may not tolerate other skin tone treatments. Clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector is an Allure Best of Beauty Award Winner.

Research Results:
In clinical trials, this dermatologist-developed serum was comparable to a leading prescription ingredient in evening skin tone, including a verified 53% improvement in skintone.

Thoughts:

So I have been using this product for a little over 4 weeks now, I am not sure if I can see the difference in the spots on my face. The color is not as splotchy as it was prior to me starting to use this product which is good, because that means I don't have to wear two different shades of foundation :).  You have to be dedicated to using this twice daily. During the day when you wear this ,make sure that you have SPF lotion on your face . This serum doesn't have SPF in it, so it won't block the sun's rays from your face. If you live in Minnesota or any other cold climates make sure you wear sunblock in the winter because even though you don't think the sun is harsh at that time, trust me it is.  When using the serum a little does go a long way, so you don't need much. I like the product it self but I don't care much for the price.

Price:

1.0 ounce =$49.50 plus tax
1.7 ounce = $73.00 plus tax

These are the pictures of my face when I started this 6 weeks ago.....

This is my face as of 01/19/2012... See not a whole lot of difference... right?

Grade :

B- ( just cause of the price)
