With these economic times being what they are we are all trying to find ways to cutback in life but we all want to be DIVAS on a budget... so I of course will be in my local target for way too much time weighing my options as far as what to buy on the cheap...
Thoughts:
The price is a good deal ....anything under $10 bucks where you get 4 colors is awesome.....
This is a good neutral color palette if your just starting out with makeup or if you aren't too wild when it comes to colors...
My only complaint was that it wasn't as pigmented as I generally like but.... you can always spice it up with the NYX Milk Jumbo Pencil..
The Look:
I used primer to have my eyes remain crease less: MAC Prep + Prime in Medium
The Shadow has in listed how you should apply.... I did as instructed...
Then because it was kinda blah.... I used Victoria's Secret Liquid Eyeliner in Black
I of course finished up with the Maybelline Dream Mousse Foundation (1) I am almost out :( but I have a new one deck....
Then I used Mac Desert Rose Blush.... It's my favorite I don't look clown like when I do it....
Overall I give this Quad : C
