Plot: A modern-day take on the "Beauty and the Beast" tale where a New York teen is transformed into a hideous monster in order to find true love.
Starring : Alex Pettyfer, Vanessa Hudgens and Mary-Kate Olsen
Thoughts: This movie was different from the book, but that tends to happen. I was very impressed with Mary Kate Olsen and Neil Patrick Harris. Mary Kate did so much better than I thought she would,Mary Kate was creepy but believe able as the "wicked witch" she had some really fabulous footwear..... Neil Patrick Harris delivered some really good zingers... Vanessa Hudgens was okay not to type cast her but I cant really imagine her in a serious role...
Overall I liked it... I would definitely go see it again for $ 5 bucks or less
